  • New graduated in Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and/or related fields​

  • Ambition in developing your career in Human Resources Management area

  • Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skill

  • Sense of innovation, able to act fast, decision-maker

  • Flexible, self-motivated and open-minded

  • Good command of spoken and written English
